the staff were very friendly and helpful. i loved the pool area and the gym looked great, though i did not use it. there are also some fabulous local restaurants nearby. it was a good escape from some busier areas.
There were stains on the chair in my room. the soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom. I found this annoying. there was only the option of heat. i had to sleep with the window open, so it was very noisy.

The location was easy for me. Breakfast was excellent. It was convenient. The staff were friendly. They were helpful.
The room was a bit tired. It was also drab. I've stayed in other five star hotels that had more enhanced amenities. It is hard to understand how this is five stars.
